A Vendor Spotlight with Marion Zimmerman Rizzo

When you’re looking for the finest antiques and collectibles Chelsea Flea Market is your go-to destination. Vendor Marion Zimmerman Rizzo of Syl-Lee Antiques has been selling with the markets for over two decades and is a part of family owned antique business.

Pronounced “Silly” –the name comes from Marion’s grandparents. Her grandmother’s name was Sylvia and her grandfather’s name was Lee. Thus, the combination of their names led to “Syl-Lee” Antiques. Don’t let the sound of the name fool you, Syl-Lee Antiques are seriously the real deal of antiques.

They sell all types of antiques including fine and costume jewelry, silver, art, collectibles and mid-century decorative items.

Marion is at the market most Sundays, depending on the weather. When you visit her booth you can expect to find a tremendous amount of antique and vintage costume jewelry. Also she has antiques from all around the world including Asia, Europe and the Americas.
