Everybody has their “go-to” shopping destinations. To shop like a pro, it’s important to keep in touch. Sometimes it’s as basic as being a “regular” and other times, it makes all the difference to have a point of connection with your favorite market and vendors. Here are some ways and benefits of keeping in touch.
- Subscribe! If you love to be the first to know about events then that’s the perfect reason to become a subscriber. Subscribe to your favorite market’s e-newsletter list to stay in the know about what’s happening at the markets and for special deals.
- Attend Often: markets are a unique shopping experience from traditional retail. If you see something you like one weekend, most likely it won’t be there the next time you go back. Attend the markets you love often to be sure that you don’t miss out on finding special treasures.
- Get to know your favorite vendors: if you meet a vendor that sells merchandise that peaks your interest, get to know them. Let them know what kind of merchandise you’re interested in. Often times they can keep an eye out for you and notify you when they find it. Talk about a win-win situation!
